(Select the chart, then click the 3-dots in the upper right of it. Document Alcohol Intake and Cut Down on It. Additionally, a weight chart is an excellent tool to keep track of your weight. Try to burn your body fats to lower the blood pressure. You could also move the chart to it's own tab to make it much larger. Fatty tissues will constrict your blood vessel and, in turn, increase blood pressure. You can then hide columns A through G if you just want the chart. The only other setup you need to do is fill in the gray items on the BPC tab which set the "goal" lines and some conditional formatting (green if you are less than or equal to the goal). Just change the 'Form Responses 1' bits to whatever new tab it provides. This video shows how to use the Blood Pressure Tracker template found in Microsoft Excel 2007/2010. If you put them in this order you should be able to quickly adjust the formulas on the "Blood Pressure Charts" tab, yellow highlighted cells, to refer to the new tab it creates, "Form Responses 3" probably, and it should be automatic. The form should have 5 questions that are all "Short answer text" type questions, although you could have the first 4 be numbers if you choose. First, you need something to track your blood pressure at home. To do that go to the Tools menu > Create a new form. Or, I find it easier to use a form to enter the data. You can manually enter the data on the Blood Pressure Charts tab. You'll want to make a copy of this before doing anything so it isn't shared with the world.
